With the Halloween party arriving shortly, it's time that Club Penguin uploaded a sneak peek at youtube.com/clubpenguin and that's what they have done! In both videos you see Club Penguin showing off what they have got planned. You managed to catch a glimpse of Uncle Gariwald VIII in part 2 as well. There are a lot of reveals in this video as it shows basically most rooms in the Halloween party! The party does look like it has been improved quite a lot since the last time we saw it but what about operation blackout? Will that arrive during the party or after? How will we stop Herbert? One Club Penguin blogger found Herbert back in August when there was a glitch and he was able to add him! No player card image was found but Icequix, could of been the first penguin to add Herbert! He's not someone I would want on my list though.... What do you think about this? Do you think he might make an appearance during this party? Maybe Uncle Gariwald could be an actual penguin who you can add on your list? I doubt it as the Club Penguin SWFS don't show any signs of Gariwald in there... What do you think?
