ApplePie1cp has encountered a secret in the newest edition of the Club Penguin Times . On the Ask Aunt Artic Continued page there is a pic with a caption that says 'There are lots of Extremely Perplexing Features around the island'. If you click on it, it will come up with a classified note that you have to decode. If you don't want to, it says 'Agents visit ClubHerbert.com'. This is obviously part of the Op. Blackout!
